The Giacoletto Foundation is devoted to awarding grants exclusively for public and charitable
purposes, with preferences given to those that support STEAM education and lifelong learning.

Grants will only be awarded to a federal, state, or local government entity, or to an organization that qualifies as exempt within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) or 509(a)(1), (2), or (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. No distribution will be made to private individuals or corporations. The Foundation shall be the sole judge of the qualification of applicants and may restrict funds to ensure compliance of federal guidelines.
